How to add the Outlook
2003 icon back to the desktop
Take the text below and either add
it manually to the registry or place it into a text file and save it as
outlook_fix.reg. Then double click the outlook_fix.reg file and add it to
the registry.
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Desktop\NameSpace\{00020D75-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}]@="3"
Next either reboot Windows or select an icon on the
desktop and hit the F5 key.
Your new Outlook 2003 icon should now
be on the desktop.
