HOW TO LEAVE
A MESSAGE FOR ANOTHER WINDOWS XP USER ACCOUNT
If multiple users log
on to your computer, you can leave a message for any other active user
that will
appear as soon as they switch to their account.
- Press and hold down
the Ctrl, Alt and Del keys at the same time. This will bring up the
Task
Manager.
- Click on the User tab.
- Click the user's name
in the list and then click the Send Message button.
- Type a title for your
message in the Message Title box and the content of your message in
the
Message box. (NOTE: You
can't press Enter to start a new line. Pressing the Enter key will send
your message immediately. As you type your message the text will wrap.)
- When the other user
(on your computer) you sent the message to log's on to their account,
your message will appear in a dialog box on their desktop.
