HOW TO LEAVE A MESSAGE FOR ANOTHER WINDOWS XP USER ACCOUNT

If multiple users log on to your computer, you can leave a message for any other active user that will
appear as soon as they switch to their account.

  1. Press and hold down the Ctrl, Alt and Del keys at the same time. This will bring up the Task
    Manager.
  2. Click on the User tab.
  3. Click the user's name in the list and then click the Send Message button.
  4. Type a title for your message in the Message Title box and the content of your message in the
    Message box. (NOTE:
You can't press Enter to start a new line. Pressing the Enter key will send your message immediately. As you type your message the text will wrap.)
  5. When the other user (on your computer) you sent the message to log's on to their account, your message will appear in a dialog box on their desktop.
