HOW TO CREATE A SHORTCUT TO CONTROL PANEL FOR WINDOWS XP

1. Right-click on any blank space on the desktop, click on New and then click on Shortcut.
2. In the box that opens, type "RunDLL32.exe shell32.dll, Control_RunDLL" (without the quotes) and click OK.
   
3. Now type a name for the shortcut (such as Control Panel) and click Finish.
